The Audra Show #42

Thank you to this week's guest, comedian (or not) Chris May, for a very silly chat that covered everything from Bill Cosby to politics to the first time we smoked weed to malt liquor to pop culture.

Episode #42 also featured the music of Chris' friend, L.Rucus and a shout-out from another friend, whose name I didn't even catch since the show was ending!

Check out L.Rucus here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kqdSKFq5uk

Thank you so much to my episode #39 guest, longtime SF activist and organizer Susan Pfeifer. We had a great chat that covered Obama's amazing week and his "evolution" on marriage equality, the 2016 election and why - after initial hesitation - Susan has decided to go all in for Hillary, what the Supreme Court ruling means for Obamacare and Covered CA and we touched on some local SF politics at the end. Thank you again, Susan!

Big thanks to my good friend Adrian Robinson for stopping by The Audra Show before leaving the best coast. We chatted about his upcoming move back to DC, why he is getting out of politics, some politics, tech companies, online security, how millenials don't know that Bruce Jenner is the old Michael Phelps and why Kendrick Lamar's new album is the best hip-hop record of all time.

The Audra Show #19

New Year's Eve Episode of The Audra Show: Just me babbling for longer than I thought I would (~50 minutes) about some things I thought about in 2014.

Happy New Year and thank you for listening to this silliness! In the tradition of him stealing all of my guests, I'll now be heading over to The Bob Benson show for a little while.

Thank you so much to Alec Bash for a great chat about the state of politics in America, the mid-term elections, Ready for Hillary and whether or not the Koch brothers can be considered sociopaths. Shocking spoiler alert: For me, it's a definite yes!

To help with the progressive push for the last weekend before election day:http://keepthesenateblue.org/

To help the Koch brothers/conservative push: http://helptakemoneyoutofyourownpocketunlessyourepartofthe1%.org (or something, you might want to double check that)

Don't forget to check out Alec's pin!

Introducing The Audra Show

I’m excited to let everyone know that I am starting an online podcast called The Audra Show! Because why not start a podcast? I just thought it’d be fun to set aside a couple of hours each week to catch up and have interesting conversations with all of the interesting people I have met in my “interesting” life.

Therefore... I strongly encourage everyone to get in touch with me if you are interested in being an in-person or phone/skype/facetime guest. Possible discussion topics include:

- comedy
- pop culture/current events
- happenings you have happening
- politics
- tech (I just learned how to code!)
- health & wellness
- marketing
- spirituality
- space
- ghost stories
- advice
- weed vs alcohol
- your new venture
- your old venture
- your life story
- life in general
- my terrible love life
- what i’m eating for dinner tonight (my mother said she’ll be calling in)
- how we met
- that time we hung out and something funny happened
- how ridiculous it is of me to be starting a podcast (whatever, it’ll be fun!)
- anything

So, please like this page and mark your calendars/set your reminders for Wednesdays at 4-6pm Pacific time for The Audra Show! Yay!
